See below.
Be careful when booking your rooms. Timing - Peak period (new years eve) Problem: The hotel was OVERBOOKED and we were given a DOWNGRADED room. The staff CONTINUALLY LIED about the room, and INSISTED it was a junior suite. When we arrived, we were given a double room instead of a junior suite, which we booked. The staff insisted that it WAS a junior suite, but based on the description and photographs in Booked.net, it was CLEARLY a double room. If you encounter this problem and the staff are refusing to change your room, INSIST on speaking to the boss. From our experience, the boss was quick to get rid of the problem, and we paid for a double room instead. Additional information: The boss alleged that at peak periods they have a minimum stay period of 5 days, which is not stated in Booked.net. If a reply is made to this review by the hotel, do take note of this.

In general the staff were attentive and helpful. They helped us with taxi, it was nice. This accommodation was in the central location close to the main square.

An oasis in the Medina
Upon entering, the atmosphere enveloped me in tranquility with beautifully decorated common areas. Breakfast on the terrace was good, and I enjoyed the friendly staff who took care of all our needs.

We found the staff to be very kind, attentive and thoughtful. Our April stay was extended by 5 extra days because of the ash cloud but we were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very caring and pleasant, nothing was trouble to them. Location was perfect for the medina. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay here.

The rooftop restaurant offers a solid dining experience with nice views and a comfortable ambiance. The pool area provides a good spot to lounge, even if we didn't take a dip due to the cold water.
Entering through the labyrinthine narrow alleys can be a challenge, especially when you need to hire someone to cart your luggage. The breakfast spread felt lacking, particularly in fresh fruit options, given the price point of the stay. Sound carries easily, which can disrupt the peace in the morning.

My room was tastefully decorated and included central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Everywhere there was fairly clean. Location: the hotel was close to the "square ", the medina of Marrakech, and Jemaa El-Fna...

Staff excellent, breakfast wholesome, rooms clean with character and everything you need, sunset on the roof terrace relaxing and a million miles away from the hustle on the street . If I was to visit again a night or two here and then a 2 or 3 night trek into the desert.

The room was super clean and really comfortable.
The soundproofing was below average, making it easy to hear noise from the corridors and inner courtyard.

I liked the traditional ambiance of this hotel. I did have an accident whilst staying there and have to report that the staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind if they tried. They did everything possible to help and moved us to a downstairs room. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of complimentary soft drinks and the food was good. the hotel situation in the Medina is good, if a little difficult to find the first time. However, they arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport. Top marks! A Flett

Charming little oasis in the Medina!
We loved the beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was awesome for chilling with some drinks after a long day. Especially Hecham. Only thing is the walls felt kinda thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Breakfast was delicious too, great way to start the day!
